By uploading an image to Latex.pics, you represent and warrant that you:

• Have obtained necessary permission from anyone depicted in the image
• Confirm that no third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, moral rights, etc.) will be infringed by uploading the image

5.2 Generated Images

All generated images become your property. However, you grant Latex.pics a limited license to temporarily store and process these images for service delivery purposes only.

5.3 How We Use Your Images

Your images will NOT be used for:

• Sharing with other users
• Any purpose other than generating your requested output

7.2 Discord Authentication

Latex.pics uses Discord OAuth 2.0 for optional user authentication. By signing in with Discord, you agree to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We only access the minimal information necessary for authentication (user ID, username, and server roles).

7.3 Payment Processing

Subscriptions and membership payments are managed through Subscord, a third-party Discord membership management service. Subscord processes payments via:

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:
